I'm really lucky to be there with my fantastic great aunt and great uncle! They're basically locals and I know they're going to show me a great time.
This trip has two parts. First, I'm gonna be in NYC! WOO! But also, I'm going to see if I can handle living there, because, yes, I think it's time for me to leave San Francisco. I didn't think it'd be this soon, but I've been here for two years and I don't really feel like it's what I want. San Francisco is incredibly laid back and I want something with a little more hustle and bustle.
One of the (many) things I'm going to do in NYC is meet with a Realtor and see some apartments. I haven't decided 100% if I'm moving, but it's a possibility and I'm super excited and super terrified. But I like it!
So this blog is going to chronicle my last month in San Francisco, even though it's still April. I hope to hit publish at midnight. We'll see if that happens. There isn't too much to do, except save up as much money as I can (which means no drinking, eating out, etc) and get the next four weeks of school out of the way. I'm not really happy about that, but it's what I signed up for. I'm also going to use the time to write as much as I can. I really want to get a rough first draft finished of something. I need to work on my focus. What....?
Time to do laundry and work out. I have a treadmill now, so I'm going to try to do that at least thirty minutes every night. I'm not sure how much weight I need to lose, but I'll stop when I look the way I want.
'night night!
